Ivory is run by one person from India.

Grievance Officer: Indrani Chakraverty · fansupport.ivory@gmail.com

1. Who this is between

Ivory is run by one person, from India. In these terms “the house” means Ivory, and “you” means the member reading them. Using the app means you accept what is written here. If you do not, please stop using it and ask for your account to be removed through the quiet door.

2. You must be 18

Ivory is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are 18 years old or more. If the house has reason to believe a member is under 18, the account is closed and anything paid for and not yet delivered is refunded.

3. What Ivory is

Ivory is a private place for stories, voice, film and conversation made by one artist for the people who choose to be here. There is no nudity and no explicit content. There are no meetings in person, ever, and nobody from the house will suggest one.

4. Your account

Your account is yours alone. Do not share the login. If you think someone else has reached it, tell the house immediately through the quiet door and it will be locked while it is sorted out.

5. What you may not do

Do not record, screenshot, copy, repost or sell anything you see or hear in Ivory. Do not quote a private session anywhere outside it. Do not use Ivory to harass anyone, to threaten anyone, or to pass anything unlawful through it. Do not try to break, probe or overload the app or the services behind it.

Any of these can end a membership without a refund of time already used.

6. Membership and payment

Tiers are paid in advance for a stated period. What each tier includes is shown on the membership page before you pay and can change for future periods, never for one already paid for. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any tax the house is required to collect.

7. Sessions

A session is a private call booked inside Ivory. A booking needs a free slot, and slots exist only inside the hours shown on the calendar. Sessions start when both sides connect, not at the clock time. Running past the booked length does not end a session; the house may offer more time, at a price shown before you agree to it.

If you cannot make a session, move it. The reschedule button is there for exactly that and there is no charge for using it.

8. If the house cannot attend

If a session cannot happen from the house's side, it is rescheduled at your convenience or refunded in full, whichever you prefer. That is a promise, not a courtesy.

9. Content belongs to the house

Everything in Ivory — words, voice, film, photographs, the look of the app — belongs to the house. Paying for access is paying to see and hear it, here, for as long as your access lasts. It is not a transfer of ownership and it is not permission to use it anywhere else.

10. What you send

Anything you write or send to the house stays yours. By sending it you allow the house to read it, keep it while it is needed, and answer it. The house will not publish anything you sent privately.

11. When things break

Ivory is run honestly and carefully, but no app is perfect. The house does not promise it will never be unavailable. Where the law allows, the house's responsibility for any one problem is limited to what you paid for the thing that went wrong. Nothing here removes a right you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Ending it

You may stop being a member whenever you like; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The house may close an account that breaks section 5, or that is used to harm another member.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of West Bengal have jurisdiction. If any single sentence here is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

14. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the app will say so. Continuing to use Ivory after that means you accept the new version.

15. Reaching a person

Every complaint, question or legal notice goes to the Grievance Officer named on the Privacy Policy page, or through the quiet door inside the app. A real person reads it: fansupport.ivory@gmail.com.
