Delete your account

1. The quickest way: inside the app

1. Open Ivory and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap the quiet line that says privacy, safety & terms.
4. Under your data, tap ASK FOR ERASURE.

The app answers “Asked”. If it says you have already asked, your request is already running and you do not need to ask again.

2. If you cannot open the app

Write to fansupport.ivory@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my Ivory account, and tell us the name shown on your profile. The house may ask you to confirm that it is you before it acts.

3. What is erased

Erasure removes your account and the personal details held with it: your sign-in email, display name, optional phone number and date of birth, your profile photo, your Quiet Folio pages and your notification token, as far as the law allows. The house forgets you within 90 days.

4. What is kept, and why

Payment records (the amount, the date and the reference) stay for eight years because tax law requires it. Messages you sent to the house about a matter that is still open stay while it is open and for a reasonable time after.

5. Your membership

Erasing an account ends your membership. A period you have already paid for is not refunded, except where the Refunds page says it is.

6. How long it takes

The house answers every request within 30 days, and usually the same day. Erasure is completed within 90 days.
